Happy Thursday Waco! The weekend is here and it’s time to celebrate another successful week of work. We’ve got lots of goodies for you ahead over this upcoming weekend so go out, explore and have some fun finding all these great things to do in Waco!

FRIDAY- July 21st

First, Magnolia is having its Warehouse Sale open to the public starting tomorrow! The event is at the Extraco Events Center and the doors open at 7am. It’s is free to get into! They have tables of goodies ranging from $1-$60 so there are some really great deals.

Up next, we have the Waco Winery’s Sip & Shop! This is a great event for you and the ladies to grab a friend, a glass of wine and your husband’s wallet. Doors open at 6pm and go ’til 9pm and they’re located at 6826 East State Highway 6, Waco TX.

SATURDAY- July 22nd

If you can’t make it out Friday night, don’t worry the Magnolia Warehouse Sale is still going on Saturday. After the sale, go check out the weekly Farmers Market located in downtown right in front of the County Courthouse.

After the Farmers Market, make your way over to the Brazos to watch the TriWaco participants power through Waco’s annual triathlon. Or, if you’re really brave, sign up last minute and jump on in…literally.

That night, after finishing the trip, go soothe your battle wounds with some delicious food and whisky over at the Balcones Summer Cooking Class. Tickets are $65 and the event starts at 6:30pm, but if you have the time and the money, you can learn how to cook a delicious Creole Summer Cubanismo Menu from the very talented Sheri-Raleigh Yearby from Cast Iron Skillet.

Finally, wrap up the night with some live music over at the Grape located off of Valley Mills Drive or finish it up at the Waco Hippodrome’s Open Mic Night and you’ll end your Saturday perfectly.

SUNDAY- July 23rd

After a big weekend, you may need to take Sunday to just chill in front of the TV before the work week begins again, but if you’re bold enough to keep going, Sunday night at the TrueLove Bar downtown will be having Standup Comedy from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

It’s gonna be a great weekend, Waco! And as always, make sure to post about you having a great time and showing off to all your friends how awesome Waco is!
