After years of drooling over their gourmet food truck and catering creations—the Milo brick and mortar is here to stay, all day. It’s chic, it’s trendy, it’s vibrant….and it’s damn good.

We could sit here and talk about it all we want, but at the end of the day, you just need to get yourself over there and try it out. It will not disappoint.

THE BASICS

As the name suggests, they are open breakfast through dinner. They have a wide variety of cocktails specialty made and you can sincerely tell that each decision was thoroughly thought through.

You may have noticed a little bit of a branding change recently and all we have to say about it is bravo—everything from the furniture, the floors, and the colored rafters were executed with the kind of unison that reflects their refined culinary selection.

ON THE MENU

The menu is constantly changing—meaning you have a reason to go again, and again….and again. This is one of those places where you may not know exactly what the menu is describing because it’s a level of culinary ornateness that is slowly but surely introducing itself to Waco, but talk it through with your waiter and they’ll not only entice you to wanting to order everything—but they’ll also tell you how to pair it with a nice beverage of your choice.

At the end of the day, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

PRO TIPS

As you would expect for the hot new restaurant in town, they already have reservations set and booked up DAYS in advance. This is somewhat of a foreign concept in Waco and it’s a sign of cultural maturity we can get behind (#proud) Your best two options are to either book a table in advance with the Open Table app or to snag a seat at the bar.

We’ve been waiting with high hopes and anticipation for this day to finally arrive—and now that it’s here we couldn’t be more jazzed. Welcome to the stationary restaurant life, Milo. We’re glad you’re here.
